The Essential Pest Protection Program provides scheduled applications to maintain a defensive line around your home. The automatic treatment schedule saves you from having to take time out of your busy day to meet the bug guy.

    • Routine exterior applications approximately every 90 days "quarterly"
    • 90 day window for re-service after regular paid services

    • 10 day waiting period for reapplication

Service Description: Need more aggressive pest control? With AAP's "Always Interior Program" we can work around your schedule to treat the inside and outside of your home every 90 days. A persistent problem is no problem with free re-service.
  • Service Details
    • Routine exterior/interior service roughly every 90 days "quarterly"
    • 90 day window for re-service after regular paid services
    • Re-Service requires active pest problem
    • 10 day waiting period for reapplication
    • Excluded Pests: Fleas, ticks, termites, bed bugs, brown recluse spider, mice, rats
    • $99.00 + tax for homes 2000sqft and less. Larger structures may have increased service fee. 
    • Interior spot retreatment for specific pest problems
    • Rodents stations can be added to program for additional fee
    • Scheduled service appointments. (2 hour window for arrival) 
    • "Call Ahead" Available
    • Services must be coordinated, "scheduled", by 15th of month in which routine service is due. On 16th of service month, exterior treatment will be preformed and counted as that months scheduled service, and billed accordingly.
    • After 1st year, service can continue on a quarterly basis.

The BRS spider is one of the hardest pest to control. This program is proven to reduce brown recluse spider infestations. Program highlights:

Service Description: This pro The brown recluse spider takes a little extra work to control. And more time is needed to gain control of this pest. Significant reduction of spider population is typically noticeable 12-18 months from start of program. Access to the interior of the home, and to areas such as attics and crawlspaces, is necessary for this program.
